Welcome to the Brasserie!

The French word "brasserie" describes a particular style of eatery that has existed throughout France for many years. Harbour Street Brasserie opened in 2002 offering authentic French-based bistro fare of the highest quality.

The restaurant is located on picturesque Harbour Street near downtown Kincardine in a historic regency-style cottage built in 1856, and restored and renovated in the late 1990s. The renovation includes the addition of a large lakeview patio for those wishing to dine outdoors in the summer months and enjoy the spectacular sunsets Lake Huron has to offer.

The warm rich decor, along with fireside dining in the winter, is the perfect setting to enjoy the Brasserie's gastronomical delights. Chef Derek Griffiths brings his culinary experience to the table serving renowned French-based cuisine. The wine list is a thoughtful selection of both new and old world wines. The thoughtfulness is also reflected in the wine service itself.

Harbour Street Brasserie intrigues both the palate and the eye, creating a dining experience unrivaled in the area.
